Default I NEED help please!!

Please Login to Remove!

Okay, so I was messing around with my 8700, and for some reason a menu appeared, I do not know how I got this menu but it appeared on the home screen and gave me three options Show, Hide, and Close. I didn't know what it was so I choose Show, and it gave me two new icons that are grey and are very annoying. One is Compose and the other is saved message. Can someone show me how to take them off (hide)?

Also the other is that I had 30mb free (phone displayed this on the status screen) and after removing the battery and reinserting it it gave me 37mb despite not deleting anything. But every two or three SMS messages it went down a 1MB (approx.) and now its starting to go at a normal pace and its at 33mb(approx.), is this normal?

Also how do I delete some of the pictures the phone came with? Some like the BB pictures (ones that are all the same but different colors) are annoying and take up space. Deleting Content Store doesn't remove them. So how do I delete these pictures?

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

1)
Click options show all and your screen will go back the way you want.

The menu button. The one with the Blackberry logo on it on most phones.

2. A battery pull kind of "cleans out the trash" in your phone's memory-deleted files, browsing history etc. I do this every once in a while whether I need to or not, just to keep the free memory up.

3. you will need to remove the file with the imbeeded pictures form the Blakcberry software folder that is on your computer. Here is a link that should help you get started:

How do I delete the preloaded media from the device? - BlackBerryFAQ

Hope this helps!
