Unhappy i need firmware for 8700h emergency

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all
i have 8700h(global edition) that after wipe data in hanheld Menu appears 507 error on LCD
i can't find any firmware in blackberry.com and this forum.

If it is model 8700, any 8700 OS will work.
The latest version is in the Sticky notes of this section of the forum where you posted this new thread.
Follow the direction exactly as written.

i tried your solution but 8700h has diffrent OS and Firmware,
please see my attachment,

You are getting that message because your carrier does not have an OS that is newer than the one you have installed. As JS suggested, you need to go to the stickies for the latest available OS for your device and follow the instructions exactly as stated.

my blackberry dosen`t have lable and it is 8707h(global edition)but i download latest firmware 8707vCJK_PBr4.2.2_rel370_PL3.6.0.6_A4.2.2.205_Glob e.exe but i have same problem,

Slow down. Do you have an 8700 or an 8707 - the software is different.
Read carefully.

Download the latest software for your specific model.
Follow the instructions in the sticky thread to the letter.

Make sure you have the correct software for your model.

** REMEMBER TO DELETE VENDOR.XML FROM YOUR PC C: DRIVE IN ORDER FOR THIS TO WORK **
