Angry 7250, webcast, & Outlook not on same page - Help??

Please Login to Remove!

I purchased my 7250 last weekend. I have two weeks to make a decision whether or not to keep the unit or not. I'm a Sprint customer and the Sprint tech support is not very familar with the BlackBerrys - new item for Sprint.

I am operating on the webclient and the redirect (apparently you can do both)
My problems & questions are:
1. After connecting the redirect and webclient I can not get my 7250, Outlook, and webclient to operate together. If I delete a message from the handheld it may delete from the webclient but not my Outlook. If I delete a message from my Outlook it will not be deleted from the 7250 or webcast. And, if I delete a message from my webcast, it may be deleted from my webcast but not my Outlook. How can this be resolved if ever?

2. Prior to connecting the redirect I had only the webclient set up. I seemed to send and delete messages between the device and webclient, but not my Outlook. Is this how it works? If not how to remedy?

- Simply, how to delete a message whereby it is deleted everywhere?

3. How do you carry over your old emails and the folders on your Outlook to your device and webcast. Using the redirect I was able to get the folders on my device, but no emails???

Any information will help. Phone calls welcome - I'm drowning in this technical mess. 513-842-3014

Wireless sync is only available between the handheld and webclient...or if you're on a Blackberry Enterprise server (BES). The redirector is simply forwarding mail on...there is no wireless sync.

If this is for personal email, you may wish to check out email hosting with BES. If through your employer, they may already have a BES server. Check with your IT department.
