i bought a blackberry of my friend and she forgot the username and password and as she set up her account she used the pin from the blackberry and when i go to set up one using the pin it says that i cant use it because its already activate with her acount so if she could remember n if it where to be delete could i use an account on it and acces my emails ? and advice or help!

Wow, that is one long sentence!

She needs to call her carrier (or you) and ask the PIN be released from the account.

Actually, have her call the carrier and have them cancel her BIS account. That will release the IMEI and PIN. Then you need to call the carrier and have them set up the BB properly, provision the account and send the service books. Once that is done, you can set up a BIS account and load your email accounts.
