Hoping you can help me with this issue. I have a BB 8700G with Blackberry Professional Software 4.1.4.2 on a server. The BB software is v4.2.1.107. The email and calendar is synced up fine with Outlook. The problem lies with the address book. The only time it synced up was when I created the original profile in the Blackberry Professional Software. Since then it will not sync. I add a contact to my outlook, it shows in my outlook but not in the BB. Conversely, I add a contact to my BB and it won't show in my Outlook.

Any ideas?

I am not too familiar with BPS, but I will try to assist you. In your address book options, do you have Wireless Sync set to YES? Also, there should be a setting in the BlackBerry Manager on the BPS server to set the address book synchronization. Is that set to bidirectional?

From the handheld, turn the wireless sync off. Do a battery pull. Turn the Wireless sync back on. See if it updates with the changes. It may take a while before the update takes place.
