Yes there are a few ways.

Make sure you have a microSD card. Enable mass storage mode and connect the device to your PC through the USB cable, Go through windows explorer. It should give the device a new drive letter. Copy all the music files onto the card.

thanks! does anyone know how to get the keypad to light up when u text becasue mines will not light up at all, only when i turn my phone on.

It depends on the lighting. There is an light sensor where the LED is. try holding your thumb over the LED for a few seconds.

i tried that and it still wont light up. well the LED light has been staying solid red for a few weeks now and it wont even go off when i turn the phone off. do u know if this means anything like its broken or something lol this is my first blackberry
