Hi, first of all I am sorry for my english because I don`t speak it very well.
I have introduced the password 10 times wrong and I don`t have a backup. Somebody can help me please ? I need to know if I can fix this. thank you for your attention
I`m waiting for an answer

If you enter the password incorrectly 10 times, the device will delete all personal data, contacts, calendar, etc., from the BlackBerry. This IS a security feature. There is no way around it.

If you have a good backup or sync of your data, you will be fine to restore.

If you don't restored yor data then all personal informations never go back
