New 8703e user here. What is the difference between Messages and Level 1 Messages? I thought maybe one was email and the other was phone messages. This is for when I set my ring. Thanks for any help.

Level 1 Messages can receive a different alert, and even be colored RED in your messages folder for attention. For instance, you can your PIN messages a Level 1 message, or your wife, girlfriend, dealer, boss, etc.

Does Level 1 messeger mean more important than other?

Can you please explain how one would go about this.
