I have a customer whose trackwheel on the 8700 is stuck inside the body of the handset. He is to receive a replacement but would like to know if there are any keyboard shortcuts available so that he can continue to access his emails without using the trackwheel?

You can use the enter key for certain items but will have a lot of difficulty and or no opportunity to access your menu options.
