Arrow Http error 500 when access SSL websites

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

In my company have some BB 8800 and from some days ago they can not access https websites.

I found the article KB11266 but it doesn't fix the problem.

And in the BB BOLDs we don have any problem.

Do you know something of how to fix this problem?

regards

It may simply be the enhanced capabilities of the Bold's browser that allow the page to load. The 8800 may not be able to process all the scripts, etc.
