Help, I bought before 4 months BlackBerry 8800 from a user and not from a shop. xxx924;y problem is that it should become Enterprise Activation. I am not the first user of this appliance and the previous had an account but he didnít give me the username and password. My guest ion is, if exists any problem if I make a new account again for this device?

Forgive me if there are any syntactically mistakes but English is not my first language.

Thanks!!!

You can wipe the device and then activate it on your BES so it doesn't matter who had it before you or what their username and pw is.

I you can't login then keep trying until the BES policy wipes due to too many pw attempts.
