Hi All,

Could someone advise what the next step to take when getting a 507 error?

I have searched this forum for help and they all same the same thing on how to reinstall the OS... I have followed countless instructions to reinstall but no matter what I try my device boots on device intialisation then reboots a couple of seconds later before initialisation ends, then desktop manager gives an error on the next step!

I have a Blackberry 8800 which connects to BES.

I have also tried downgrading for which I suffer the exact problems. I'm assuming my device is bricked but cannot think of another solution or seen any others that differ from the norm.

If anyone can assist I would be deeply gratefull for your help!

Latest Desktop manager and O/S installed from network provider also, latest O/S downloaded from Blackberry site.
