Just a follow-up, it seems the Mobile phone number field is not compatible with GroupWise 7 and Desktop Manager ver 220.127.116.11. When you sync it removes the mobile phone number from your handheld. It does not remove it from GroupWise. If you put it back it on the handheld, it still takes it off. It does not show up as a sync conflict either.
I reinstalled GroupWise 6.5.5 client on my PC (running with the GroupWise 7 server components on Netware 6.5) and re-sync'd the BlackBerry and it put the Mobile phone numbers back in.
Sooo, the bottom line is, stay on GroupWise 6.5 for now. I'm sure BlackBerry/IntelliSync will get it straightened out at some point.
