At least now I know why no email is going out or coming into my Berry. Anyone have any updates?

Wow really... I was thinking it was only in ohio... that is what Tmobile customer service said.

Anyone know why yet?

Customer Service said to keep taking the battery out and putting it back in every 1hr to try and get myself back on the network once it does get fixed.

Default Not in Central PA - 10-06-2005, 10:00 AM

I have received any mail since yesterday evening. I just got off the phone with T-Mobile and they have no ETA for the fix. I did get a choice of 50 minutes or $5.00 when I asked if they are going to compensate for the downtime.

Called Tmobile... for the Ohio people they are straight up giving you $5.00 off your bill everyday they are down... good deal.. still a pain.

I just talked to TMO and was told the same thing. I've not been able to receive any emails (sending is no problem) since about 9:00 pm last night. They have no ETA as to when the issue will be resolved.

Michigan is half-assed. Some emails are coming through and some are not. The ones coming through are delayed like 30 min. TMO has no idea when it is going to be fixed.
