Default USB Port problem

My 8830's USB port will make a connection to charge the device but will not keep the connection to connect and sync with the desktop manager. Is fixing the USB port possible?

No, if you want to keep charging it you can look into a charging pod but you will be unable to sync it.

You are better off bring it back carrier if it's under warranty.
