Several Issues - Was in Germany for past 3 weeks - 7100T worked for 2 weeks then just would not wake up one morning. Tried different batteries, removing and reinstalling sim card and various other items - none worked. local T-Mobile store tried as well. New 7100T being shipped. I can sync it to the laptop, and it appears to work but no display ever turns on. Any ideas? Already tried resetting it per user guide.

it is being directed to http://www.t-mobile.com/bis/
and won't let me sign on saying I don't have an account. What happened in the past 3 weeks? Did I miss something? Thanks -
