Default How to override auto off

Please Login to Remove!

My wifes BB 7100T will not turn on. The light blinks red. I think it is in auto off mode, i took out the battery and put it back in, i still cannot get it to turn back on. If it is in Auto off mode is there a way to turn it back on before it's auto on time?

Press the on and off button that should awaken it.

i've tried on and off, nothing turns it back on, just get a red blinking light, beginning to think the BB has gone bad.

Well if on and off doesnt work then i would agree with Dawg. Try to wipe it however be warned that if you do not have a backup to restore from you will loose all your data, then again if it isnt working you do not have much to loose, do you?
