Okay, I have seen this issue brought up before and have tried the fixes but nothing works so here is what the issue is and what has been done:

I have an 8830 and whenever I synch with my Desktop Calendar, it deletes all the previous appointments in my Outlook Calendar. I have changed the settings in my 8830 to say keep "forever" and have triple-checked the settings in my Desktop Manager to make sure they are not set to delete anything but it is still deleting the Outlook calendar.

HELP!!!!
