Default Voice Mail Notification: Not working - Bell

Please Login to Remove!

I have been having this issue for the 8 months ever since I moved from Alberta to Barrie, Ontario. The voice mail notification just works when it wants to..?? wierd. Have called bell and ya talk to some guy in calcutta that has no clue nor care about the issue and gives some useless answer that does squat.

Is this a Bell issue or is my phone the problem..??

Thanx,

stk

Default

I would say it is a provider issue. If it works part of the time, then it works. Can you go into the providers store, possibly?

Cool

yes you can..but you deal with part time personell.

It's weird, as when I first moved here it worked fairly well. Then for a while I would get all my notifications on say a Saturday/sunday & when I was 400km away from my home.!! Now I get no notification no matter where in Ontario I go.! I have been told that in Northern Ontario, there is an infrastructure issue in that Bell has never upgraded their towers..?? I really don't know one way or the other on that.

Bell tells me to occasionally dial *2355 - I do and it does squat. I do know it is a major issue with me. I lose business calls, I lose business. and that is something I or my company can ill afford. What really gets me is the fact I cannot even find an e-mail address to contact Bell. anyone got one..??

It might be the phone though too..its 14 months old and used a lot!

Thanx,

stk
