Default Can't view address attachments

I searched the forum but couldn't find anything on this problem. Apologies in advance if I just missed it. I have a 7100t with T-Mobile running 4.0.2.32 OS software and BES 4.0. I am unable to view address attachments. I can send them to others with no problem but when someone sends one to me I do not get the option in the menu to "view attachment." If I send an attachment to myself I can't view that one either. I can view it at the bottom before I send it but when it comes back to me I can't view it. Yes, I am placing the cursor on the address book file at the bottom of the email. Any help would be appreciated. Will upgrade software to 4.0.2.49 when I get the chance but wondering if there is an easier solution for the interim. Thanks in advance

John

Default Fixed!

UPDATE: I will go ahead post this update but since nobody replied complaining of the same problem or offering a solution, I'm assuming it's just not an issue for anyone here, but maybe someone will stumble across it and be helped. Apparently very few people here must send/receive address book attachments. So far, I have had 3 (maybe more who haven't called me complaining yet) of my 20 users (all TMobile 7100t 4.0.2.32 on BES) come to me with this same problem of not being able to view address book attachments sent from one BB to another. Others with that same software seem to have no problem.

THE FIX: An upgrade to 4.0.2.49 fixed the problem. Whether or not the issue is directly related to the .32 software version, I do not know but the upgrade fixed it. Maybe reinstalling the same version would have fixed it as well, who knows.
