Tried searching for this but couldn't find it. How do I enable cookies on my 8830. I just upgraded to 4.5 yesterday and they aren't enable anymore.

Thanks

How do you know the cookies aren't be enabled anymore?

Which version of 4.5 did you install?

Try clearing the cache in the Web Browser and doing a battery pull.

When someone texts me a picture and I try to view it, it says I can't see it because I don't have cookies enabled.

I have version 4.5.0.135 from the Sprint site.

Go into your Browser > Options > Browser Config > Menu Key > Restore To Defaults.

Try opening your picture mail again.

What OS do you have on your phone..

I do not believe the 8830 supports MMS most likely when someone sends a pic message it has a link going to Sprint's Website.

I'm not sure if the 8830 with 4.5 supports MMS since I don't have my 8830 infront of me, but I do it did not support MMS with 4.2.2
