Default Cingular 7290 Shuts Itself Off

Please Login to Remove!

Auto On/Off is NOT enabled.

Battery strength very good.

Only secondary app is "StockBoss", which is used by about 20 others in our organization. No other StockBoss user is having any issues. They are using the same make/model/OS/BES/Desktop Manager/etc. as the user having the problem.

Cingular 7290 BB device. This user has gone through 6 devices because of it just powering itself off. Will happen when composing an email, when clicking on "OK" at the notification that he has a voicemail message.....Just random. Seems to occur more after he's been traveling, but that may just be coincidence.

Any help will be very much appreciated.
