Default Help needed with media card

Please Login to Remove!

I am able to access the card on my BB but when I try to access it on my PC to download I can't see it. Have tried explore on PC, tried DTM to copy across but I still can't find it.
I've checked that the mass storage is marked as on, what should I do.

Did you download and install DM with Media Manager?

You can always take the card out, insert in a reader on your PC and drop files that way.

I did download with media manager but can't do it that way either. I havent got a reader to handle the card as its too small.

Can't understand why I can't view the card.

Does your computer see normal external storage drives?

Start -> Run -> type "Compmgmt.msc" look for device manager look threw the USB devices see if you can see SD Card/BlackBerry or any "?"/"!" (exclamation marks)

while your device is plugged into the computer.

I would suggest that you format the memory card. For me, media manager would not access my memory card until I did that. To do this, on your BB, go into options (wrench icon) and select media card, options - format. This worked for me.
