Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8700 that I wanted to give to my father, but wheel needs to be replaced. When scrolling..its doesn't work well.

I have searched a few blackberry repair places, but didn't see this part available. Any help? Can this part be purchased.. is repair simple?

Thanks

Wirelessly posted (overwhelmingly stressed)

If you have the proper tools and some soldering experience then yes simple to do!

But might be cheaper to buy a used 8700 or an 8100 or curve

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

I cant speak for Horizon Wireless but another option may be to just to buy another phone. 8700 are a bit old.

try to search in the ebay with "8700 Jog Wheel", you will find the source there.
