|  ?Disappearing act with calendar entries?

Thanks in advance. We are running Exchange 2007 server, Outlook 2007 at the desktop, I have a user, the CEO of all people, that has a Blackberry 8830 and we sync it using the BlackBerry Professional Software Version: 4.1.4.3.
The user will create a calendar entry for June 20 2009 in this case, via outlook or the BB and about 1 hour later the entry is gone.
Any suggestions? |
