Yes i have looked at the FAQ but i do not understand could someone tell me step by step on how to install in?

Trent, here I've copied the three steps to upgrading your device. Why don't you ask here what step it is that you don't understand and need assistance in performing:

its all good now i worked it out i got my phone back
