| Email notification Tones Hi, thank you for the reply, but I have done that, and all I get is what you can get without going to advanced. Loud, Vibrate etc. There is nothing else there.I want to bring up one at a time, my email addresses, and then choose a Tone etc for each of my mail addresses. | | Offline

| Go into Profiles > Advanced. From there you will see your profile selections, highlight the profile you wish to edit, press the menu key and then select edit.
If you're still having trouble, take a look here: How do I edit my notification tones (profiles)? - BlackBerryFAQ

| Email notification Tones - Thank you for the reply. Having been described by yourself and Kirrin, I do remember it now, but under Advanced, I only have the following: Loud, Vibrate, Quiet, Normal, Phone only, off, and important calls, which I can only tick box. I have tried to re boot but to no avail, Thanks again. | | Offline

| You will see those options under advanced. Highlight one of those options and press the menu key. You should then have an edit option.
Don't select the profile, just highlight it.

| Email notification Tones - Email. Hi, thank you very much for the reply, I did not know that you could edit!!!
I have done it, and it works okay for my main email address, but not for another address I use for Ebay. I have checked everything and I have entered it the same way. I then found that although I do Save every time, it does not hold what I have entered. I shall have to be without this particular one I suppose.
Without being rude in any way, can I please ask you to look at another Thread I placed yesterday, " cant enable Bluetooth", when you have time.
Many thanks. | | Offline

| Once you're in the edit screen of the profile, you should see all of your email addresses, phone, SMS, calendar, etc. You will have to edit each address individually.
I can take a look at your other thread, but I am not too familiar with Bluetooth.

| Thanks for the reply again. Yes, I did edit each one indivdually, but this particular one does not hold the settings. | | Offline

| That's odd. Are you editing both the in holster and out of holster settings?
Try a removing the battery for about 30 seconds and then trying again if you're still having issues.
