How do I get rid of a message status when I deleted all messages/phone logs, and all emails from BB and from laptop? I constantly show 3 messages and have none. I rebooted, pulled battery and went thru all options. I have a t-mobile BB8820

Sounds like you might have one somewhere.. Maybe in the Saved Messages?

Did you keep the battery out for 30 seconds?

May want to try and re-send your service books from the email setup icon or from the BIS site
