I use both a BES and a BIS, for my email and I have the Blackberry 8703e, how come it has it so that if I receive an email in the format of lastname, first name..... how can I fix that?

go into your messages icon (looks like a little envelope. hit the berry key, go to options, and then to general options. u can change that in there
