Default First Post - 2 email folders

Please Login to Remove!

I've been on a BES but recently changed jobs and no longer required BES email. I've set up my POP3 email but have two email folders. One with world icon on it displaying the email address and the std BB email folder. I've set both folders to "combined". Is it safe/wise to delete the std bb email folder (assuming SMS folder) without the world icon on it?

Thanks!

You can hide that specific Email Address icon, but I would not remove the email address because you will then stop receiving email from that email address.

Default 2 email folders

I have done just that, i.e., hidden the folder. However, I only have one email address now, a POP3 address - make any difference?

Thanks,

Make sure both your email address are in there.

You will always have the "Messages" folder no matter what you do.

I don't use my "messages" folder, only sms and email folders separately, can i delete my entire "messages" folder to free up space or will that delete from the other folders as well? does the "messages" folder duplicate or is it just like a shortcut folder? i have always had it hidden, but after reading this post i looked in it and it is quite full
