Default 7100i Profile switch--Can't hear Tones?

Please Login to Remove!
How do I switch back to my default profile. I switched the profile somehow, now I cannot hear any tones when the phone rings or when I go and browse the tones menu. Is this a setting issue or do I have a defective device?
