Default Talk and browse at same time?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm thinking of getting a Blackberry for business use - would like it to be able to be on the net and also set for speakerphone so I can talk to a customer and take an order and type in a virtual terminal on the web the credit card information, etc. Can it be used as a phone and web browser simultaneously? Thanks.

Just to set you straight, flied, MFTP does not indicate a stupid question. It indicates a question, generally asked by someone new to this board, that has been asked and answered before. Sometimes it has been asked and answered already that day. It indicates that perhaps the person has not searched to find the answer to a simple question.

mftp indicates that a posters first ten posts should be moderated, with directions on how to find answers to questions previously posted.

It is not a flame. It is a grass roots effort to change the board. It also is not getting very far.

OK - I'm new, thought probably the same question has been asked several times before. I tried a serch but couldn't figure out what words would trigger the right data - it just kept coming up with no finds. I rarely get into any forum as I have very little time to spend and I have to learn a whole new language here in order to navigate. I couldn't even find the option to post a message except to post a new one! The above toolbar has stuff like portal, wap, user cp, new posts - nothing like "post message"! Why can't things be simple, using common language?

I do appreciate the member who answered my question straightforward and thany you very much! I have received the information I needed to find out so I'll quietly tiptoe out of here and leave this forum to you younger, more exeprienced members. I doubt if I'll get a Blackberry now, as the rest of the functions I need are on my current cellphone and wireless laptop. Some day . . . just hoping . . . thanks. Musicblademan

Just to let you know....I think its insane how those of you that think this should even be allowed to run this board...im pretty sure Guess designed these forums for people to ask questions about there phones and to get help from people that are more knowledgeable then they are...if im wrong about that then please feel free to correct me but I doubt that I am!!!!!

The simple truth is that it happens on every forum....new members dont search...either because they dont know how or dont care, and I know its annoying but it happens everywhere and you learn to deal with it...its the internet for crying out loud...if it makes you that mad you should probably call your ISP and have your internet turned off and throw your computer and your blackberry away
