I don't understand it. I have used Blackberry 7100t and when I charge it, it shows the charging symbol but it seems to only go to 90% even when I leave it plugged in overnight. is there somethimng wrong with the unit or is it a battery issue. When I turn it all the way off it flashes slow yellow but still does not charge to 100%. Someone please any answers would help.

What does the battery level show if you pop out the battery and put it back in. I've had a few BBs where the battery showed charging even when it really wasn't.

I discovered what the problem was. My usb cable was going bad because when I move it it charges and when I let it go the charging symbol goes away. I'll just go on Ebay and get one and see what happens. anyway thanks for the tip.

I had a 5810 way back and I could never tell it was charging. I would actually have to turn it on and off to see a change in battery percentage. Now I've got the 7105t and well.....I guess it's charging b/c I see the battery meter filling up, but I'm used to some kind of blinking battery (on your run of the mill basic cell phones).

Just curious, does this mean the problem is with the battery or the unit? I have a 7100V that from time to time shows the lightning bolt but actually discharges as if it wasn't plugged in. I had the unit on AC charge all last night and it went from 10% to 20%. I then plugged it into the car charger on the way to work, 30 minutes, and it charged no problem? This also happened a couple of months ago and I thought the charger was bad and then suddenly the charger worked fine again, go figure. Any ideas?
