Default please help: update several blackberry devices problem

Please Login to Remove!

Dear All,
Just found this great forum and registered directly. We have several blackberry 8707 devices with OS 4.1.94. We need to upgrade the OS. I did the first one using the listed steps and things went great. I tried the second one but it didnt work. The options in the loader still shows the new 4.2.205 OS is installed although this is another device. I removed the desktop manager and reinstalled it, but same problem exists. What am i missing here?

thanks in advance for any help.
Best Regards,

Robert

Did you try a battery pull on the device itself?
