Exclamation default email address

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

When I try to sync my outlook calendar to my phone using Desktop Manager 4.7. It stops with a "bunk" sound and doesn't sync.

It was syncing now its not. I re-installed the desktop manager with no success.

Can anyone Help?

I just purchased the Tour and have three email address pushed to my Blackberry. In the setting is there any way to designate one of the email address' as the default. It seems that when I send an email it randomly chooses one of the three email address to send from. Any help would be great. Thanks

I know on my curve, you can set the default by going to Options->Advanced Options->Default Services and setting it from there. Sorry I'm not sure if that is exactly where it is on the tour.

First, the device will default to the email address that you used the last time you send a message to a praticular recipient.

Second, for an overall default, go to options-advanced-default services

I went into the advanced options, messaging and set one of the email address to default but it did not seem to make a difference.

The default will be on the top.

Also, if I e-mail you with acct#2, the next time I e-mail you, the system will automatically move to acct#2, so I wont have to setup each time

What version of outlook, have you tried a different version of the desktop manager?

WHat version of Outlook are you using. If you have Outlook 2000 or earlier, you need to use DM 4.2.

What OS is on your PC - Vista64 by any chance?
