Default Ordered for 8700c placed on 11/22 11AM gone MISSING (upgrade for $349.00 USD)

Please Login to Remove!

I called today to get my FedEx tracking number, they looked everywhere but couldn't locate my order.

They said that person who took my order, put a note on my account about the order, but did not include an order#.

They couldn't locate my order anywhere. :(

Do you think that pea-brain that took my order, actually messed up and didn't submit it?

What should I do ?

Join the gang- the exact same thing happened to me, exactly. New order today but it's on freakin' back-order status.

We're in the throws of newbie training and the initial stages of the supply pipeline getting filled.

I called and asked again. They said that when it is ordered through the 'upgrade' ... it may take longer for the order to show up.

But this kind of smells like BS

Now I'm worried if I place a new order, ...i'm going to end up with 2 phones?

f*** I don't know what to do :(

If they can't see the order, it doesn't exist. There are some pea-brain people on the other end of the phone at times.

You need to re-order.

Call 877-201-9521 and explain the situation.

You can always return an unopened extra one.

After I re-ordered, I received an email confirming the order with the items and the order number and it arrived about 2 hours after I placed the re-order.

This happened to me yesterday. I called at 9am to order mine and the rep ordered it through "IWOF" and it did not go through for some reason. I had to replace the order later in the day. If that original order had gone through I would have it today...now it is backordered!

I had a similar experience. I ordered one last night, and never recieved any acknowledgment of the order. I called cingular again today and was told they can find no evidence of the order so I ordered another one today, and recieved an order confirmation a few hours latter.

I only had to make two calls, be transfered to 4 different people, and spend about 1.5 hours on the phone to complete the order.

Ya, yesterday I reordered ...and was on the phone for about 1 hour, because they were having problems with the order system.

Currently I am able to check the status of my online.

It shows:
Date Ordered: 11/23/05
1 SIM In Progress
2 Handset In Progress

What is your status guys?

With their system it could be on your doorstep and still say in progress.
