Default How do you check your order status?

Please Login to Remove!

How does one check their order status if ordered over the 800 number as an upgrade? I cannot seem to find a place online under my account to see open orders.

Thanks.

P.S. Right after I ordered yesterday (4pm) I received a voicemail saying they were backordered for a few days. We'll see.

OK - I finally found the order status page, but I cannot get my order to come up. It mentions that it might take 24 hours. Sorry for the unneeded thread.

You found it while I was preparing this post, just in case others need it, I can check my order status at https://www.cingular.com/order_status/order_status. Select the type search (phone no, order no, etc.) And yor billing/shipping zip code.

BTW, I dialled 611 to order mine at 1:30 PM yesterday, status changed to shipped arround midnight.

It took a few hours for my order status to show up as well. It took a couple of hours more to change from in progress to shipped. If you don't see any change by tomorrow, call the sales number that you called and give them your order number. They will give you a tracking number and order status
