Default Why can't I view the browserdemo on my 7290?

when i go to http://www.blackberry.com/browserdemo from my 7290, I get a text page, like u would from ur desktop, not the graphics-filled page like shown on plazmic.com

I have a 7290 with cingular unlimited plan...no bes/mds, but i thought that there is now no need for that with 3.8 and also using the cingular settings from the other thread (isp.cingular [email address] CINGULAR1)...

i want to start developing some svg animations/graphics/games/websites/etc, but i first need to be able to view an existing one from my berry...

do u guys get the graphic version of http://www.blackberry.com/browserdemo or the text version? what settings am i missing?

try this website on your blackberry
http://www.blackberry.com/demoportal

with this address i get the plazmic graphics in the cingular browser.
I do have MDS though but when i use the cingular browser it usually goes through cingulars servers

hope that helps
