Can anyone explain to me why the 8700 is not showing up for purchase online?

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102 UP.Link/6.3.0.0.0)

My best guess is that either the estore stock is depleated or the region you are in is also out of stock. I would call and put one on order.

Default Search and ye shall find

I agree. Give them a call. I placed the order over the phone yesterday. Be patient - I had to educate the sales rep regarding finding the device on his system. BTW, it was shipped same day.

Well, I would call them but I am waiting for it to get on the internet so I can purchase it through the company website.

The 8700c now shows up on the consumer side of cingular.com. $349.99 with $50 rebate.

I ordered mine last Friday from NBO and got a price of $349.99. I work for IBM so the price includes a hardware discount. I got it on Monday via FedEx, as usual. I love this device! I just ordered the screen protector from Ebay and will wait before I order the only leather case available through Ebay too.
