Default Media Manager

Please Login to Remove!

Just got an 8703e hand-me down from my daughter. I made sure the software is up to date. When I go into the Desktop Manager and click on "media" it opens but the "Media Manager" option isn't operable. The "Media Sync" option seems to be but it fails before anything actually opens. Any ideas how to fix this problem would be most appreciated.

Your phone doesn't have a media card so it is NOT designed to grab any media

You can email to yourself but understand your device memory is limited. It was a nice phone at the time but very osolete and limited. It was the last trackwheel device. You can a newer phone rather cheaply as there have been several models developeed since. If you are going to mainly email, instant message and use the PIM, then that device is fine for you.

Default Thank You

akosnitzky ...I'll try e-mailing myself. This model is dated and limited but will do for what I need. Again thank you for your assistance.

Good luck

Last thing, check the BBFAQ section at top of site. They have specific info on that device.
