Having had a 7100 for over a year, I am having a tough time using the 8700 keyboard. I can't seem to get a message out without lots of typos, etc., plus the keys seem exceptionally tough to push down and I fear the dreaded thumb pain is inevitable.

So --- for those of you who have had the 8700 for more than 2 days (as I have) and who moved from the 7100, how have you found the switch? Please tell me it gets a bit easier (or am I doomed to wait for the 7100 series to get an upgrade screen, processor, and EDGE).

I like it much better then the 7100. The keys are a little firm. I can't stand sure type. I also like it better then the Treos keys.

hopefully u'll get use to it in a few days. i swich between my 7290 and 7105t and its not to bad.
