While doing the software upgrade on my 8700C using the Desktop Manager. I opened the application loader and inadvertently deleted the phone application. I need to know how to get it back on the application list. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled the program and the phone application is still not there. I have found the alx extension files and the loader will not allow it added. Is there anyway out??

Default

Locate and delete "VENDOR.XML" on your C: drive.
Then restart Desktop Manager. Make sure every option is checked off in APplication Loader. Give that a shot.
