Error - Sending Emails from my BB 7290
 

Hi
I have just started receiving failed to send reports from my BB.
this happens when i reply or send any emails, the error is -
"Transaction error - decryption error" any ideas?
BB still receives OK and my IM works so it is communicating to the outside world.

You are using desktop redirector and Desktop Manager version 4.0.0.30 (or 33).

Download and install a newer version of desktop manager, then generate 3 encryption keys. (Desktop Manager > Redirector Settings > Security tab)

Open desktop redirector back up, send test message from the BB to yourself.
