Yes, you got someone that doesn't know what they are doing.

Isn't it amazing that it's so hit and miss with them? Some stores have them, some don't. Some know what you're talking about, some don't. There are people that want to buy these devices but nobody knows anything!

They should know what we have because its listed in the price list as of Friday. If you someone who doesnt know what it is, have them check the price list. Its there but its not on the website yet. Dont know if its shows under ones account but I was able to get mine on Friday at a store after seeing the price list and getting my discount.

same...our local b2b reps can not get the 8700s for some reason, but all of the retail stores have them!

Complete opposite here. Called about a dozen Cingular store and no one had them in stock. Called B2B today (Monday) and twenty minutes later I have an order number and delivery for early Wednesday. My luck, would have been delivered tomorrow but I called too late. Now I have to wait for the leather case. Bye bye 7780!

Thanks for this forum and all who provide posts to read.

I didn't reply yesterday cause I was busy playing. I ordered at 5:50 PM Monday and had the 8700 in my hands by 10:30 AM Tuesday. National Ordering rocks (B2B). They changed my plan correctly and most imporatantly without error. Paid $299.99 + tax with free shipping.
