Default 8700c problem!

Please Login to Remove!

When I try to turn phone on a picture of battery comes on with a
red slash line across the battery ,,,Does anyone know this means and what I can do to get it to load the applications?

Usually a picture of a battery means the battery is REALLY REALLY dead. Have you tried charging it for around 30 minutes or so?

And as akosnitzky asked....any numbers along with the red slash?

Leave the device to charge 2-3 hours, and then, still connected to the USB cable, remove the the battery from the device a few seconds and reinsert it. If it boots--leave it to charge to 100% (check Options > Status for the percentage).

No Error codes
I have tryed other batteries from another working blackberry..still the same
I tryed the desktop manager with 4.5 and at&t software still the same the software could not inisillize the phone,.....still show the battery with the red slash
and it does not respond whe any bottom is pressed
any other advise?
