Default 7100g long boot time??

Please Login to Remove!

If I take the battery out of my 7100g (latest Cingular OS), it takes about 20 minutes to reboot. (No joke...)

I have added some third party stuff, so it is not OEM, but is anyone else getting this?

Also, since it appears that I have created a problem, if I wipe the device, can I restore to my last good backup before I added teh offending software?
(Meaning, if I install the OS fresh, then can I restore all my other stuff from backup?)

Hey, I had a 7100g with maybe 2 or 3 third party software in it and I never had that long of a wait. Try removing some of the programs and see it speeds up. maybe one of the software titles you have is corrupt or messing with the os causing such a delay. Hope this helps.
