Default How can I start new threads on 8700?

Please Login to Remove!

Seems as though I was only able to reply to threads, but could not start a new on. What am I doing wrong?

You should be frugal with starting new threads. Most of the new threads that are started are variations of excisting threads and you will find that for the most part you can post on one that exists already.

When I am on the wap.blackberryforums.com site on my BB and in the General 8700 Series Discussion firum, all I can see is the list of threads - there isn't a "New Topic" button.

KonTiKi is this a variation of "Use the Search feature"

When you are using the WAP site you cannot start a new thread or do a Quote of a post. All you can do is Reply. But, with the Edge speed of the 8700 you can load the reqular site and do so without too much delay. The regular site is not easy to read due to the formatting, but it will load.

Hope this helps.
