Default Sync 7250 with desktop & laptop

Please Login to Remove!
Using desktop manager v4.0 and Outlookxp. I thought I had synchronized between the 7250, desktop and laptop before. 7250 to desktop works fine, but laptop goes through the motions and nothing is synched/updated on the laptop. Any help???

Delete the Research In Motion folder located under C:\Documents & Settings\user\Application Data and then reconfigure Intellisync.
