Just bought a 8700 from Cingular. One of the big reasons I upgraded from my other BB was for the color screen and to be able to download ringtones.

After I buy Cingular says they don't support the ringtone downloads. Anyone know a site I can download tones from?

you can use mp3s as ringtones on your blackberry...they just cant exceed a certain size...you can take your own mp3 and use a program called mptrim to trim them down to the correct size (which is posted in another thread somewhere around here) and then you have to host the mp3 on a website somewhere. then you can just type the web address of the file into the blackberry browswer and it will download the mp3 for you.
