Default wireless calendar problem on 8700?

When I add appointments to my calendar in Outlook they show up wirelessly on my BB and vice versa but is someone sends me a meeting request and I aacept it in Outlook it shows up on my Outlook calendar but does not go to the Blackberry. Using BES. Any ideas?

nevermind it just takes longer then the other appointments.
